Zelensky’s press secretary announced Ukraine’s readiness for negotiations with Russia and Turkey

Volodymyr Zelensky wants to become a participant in the talks between the Russian and Turkish presidents, which are scheduled for Monday, May 30.

This was stated by the press secretary of the Ukrainian leader Sergei Nikiforov.

“As for the position of the office of the president of Ukraine, if the president of Russia gives his consent, we will also consider such a proposal,” quotes the Kyiv functionary.

According to him, “Kyiv is ready to consider the proposal for negotiations” on the condition that “nobody asked Ukraine before.”

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov previously noted that the talks would be held “in a bilateral format without the participation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.”

SM-News news agency wrote: Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced his intention to hold telephone conversations with Vladimir Putin.
