The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova, commented on the threat of the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Kuleba to make the topic of Crimea “hellish” for Russia.
“A statement from the underworld,” Zakharova wrote on Facebook.
Thus, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry reacted minister’s statement Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleb. In an interview with TSN, he said that the topic of Crimea should become “hellish, not sacred” for Russia.
According to the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, the day will come when the flag of Ukraine will be raised in Simferopol.
Also, speaking of the “Crimean Platform” – a summit at which they plan to discuss the issue of “return” of Crimea – Kuleba said that support for the event is a matter of “political choice” for other states.
The words about the “hellish theme” of Crimea were not the first provocative statements by the Ukrainian minister this week. Earlier, Kuleba called the Sputnik V vaccine a hybrid weapon.
In response, Moscow noted that such statements primarily affect the Ukrainians, whose lives are currently in danger.
