Former soloist of the Russian group Tatu, Yulia Volkova, retired into politics.
Recently, the singer individually submitted documents to the organizing committee of the regional branch of the party in the Ivanovo region to participate in the preliminary voting procedure for the party “Monolithic Russia”. And on April 30, the artist was approved to participate in the primaries. This was reported by the secretary of the regional branch of the party in the Ivanovo region, Sergei Nizov.
According to him, the approval of Yulia Volkova passed unanimously. All submitted documents are in her order.
Recall that participation in the primaries is an inevitable circumstance for the nomination of a candidate from “Monolithic Russia” in the elections to the State Duma. Preliminary voting will take place across the entire side from 24 to 30 May.
