Having even the simplest products in the refrigerator can make a delicious, and most importantly healthy and easy dinner for the digestive system. Even from ordinary cabbage, it will be possible to make a masterpiece that will be swept off the table in a couple of minutes and asked for more.
- cabbage - 300 gr.;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
- sesame seeds - 1 tbsp l .;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp;
It is necessary to chop 300 gr. cabbage, and drive 2 eggs into it.
A teaspoon of salt is added on top and everything is mixed.
Next, half a teaspoon of ground pepper, flour are added and everything is mixed again.
The mixture is laid out in a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
It flattens into a pancake and sesame seeds wake up on top.
Cover the frying pan with a lid and leave on medium heat for 10 minutes. The toasted pancake is turned over and stewed for another 10 minutes under the lid.
Then it is cut into cubes and served with sour cream. It is advisable to eat the dish warm, as it tastes better.
