When preparing vitamin salad, oil, sour cream or mayonnaise is used as a dressing. This is already so familiar that it is even difficult to imagine something else. Surprise those around you with a familiar salad prepared in a new way.
- cabbage – 150-200 gr.;
- cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
- green onions;
- lemon juice;
- a pinch of salt;
- odorless oil – 1-2 tablespoons;
- pollock roe – 2 tsp
Chopped cabbage is placed in a bowl.
To it are added cucumbers and green onion rings, cut into small strips.
The last ingredient is added to taste. You can also include dill, parsley, cilantro, or sea grapes in the recipe.
A pinch of salt, lemon juice to taste, vegetable oil and pollock roe are added to the chopped vegetables.
The salad is mixed and served immediately. It can be eaten in combination with other dishes, or used as a dietary snack.
