So, the initial lying position, the exercise can be performed without getting out of bed. Lie straight with your arms at your sides. Take a deep breath, fully sticking out your belly. When the belly is protruding as much as possible, stay in this position and count to six. Then relax and exhale.

As you exhale, try to draw in your stomach as much as possible, imagine that you are trying to touch the spine with it. At the extreme point, linger, count to six and relax again. There should be at least 15–20 such cycles. Over time, the number of repetitions can be increased.

You also need to increase the weight you are working with. At first, the weight itself will be enough to thoroughly study the technique. Then start adding weight little by little. It can be a bag of sand or salt. Something that fits comfortably on your stomach. Start with a weight of 300 grams and build it up little by little.

The technique of execution will not change from this, just put the weighting agent on your stomach and perform the exercise. For convenience, you can hold it with your hands. Do the exercise every morning, and even better in the evening. If you do this regularly, the first results will appear soon. In a couple of months, you will notice that your stomach goes away, your muscles tone up, and you yourself become stronger.

Nobody forbids adding to this a couple more effective exercises that will help burn excess fat. This will only speed up the process and will certainly be beneficial. As you can see, there is nothing difficult, you just need to set a goal and do it!
