Caramel pudding
Ingredients:
- 2/3 st. white sugar
- 400 grams of condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 5 eggs
- 25 g vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease each compartment of a baking dish with oil.
In a small nonstick saucepan, heat the sugar over medium heat. Raise the saucepan about 10-15 centimeters to distribute the caramel over the entire surface. Continue heating the sugar until it turns golden brown. Gently pour the resulting caramel into a baking dish.
In a blender, combine condensed milk, cream, milk, eggs and vanilla sugar. Whisk on high speed for one minute. Pour the milk mixture over the caramel.
Bake the cake in a water bath, preheat the oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
