Actor Vladimir Vdovichenkov lost a huge amount of money.
The corresponding statement from Vladimir Vdovichenkov was submitted to the Presnensky Court. As it turned out, the actor was planning to relax with his family in Greece. He paid more than 600 thousand rubles for the trip. However, the tour operator Mouzenidis Travel suspended its activities, which is why the artist’s trip was disrupted. He did not want to put up with this nuisance.
“The court received a statement of claim for the protection of consumer rights under an agreement on the provision of tourist services. In it, Vladimir Vladimirovich Vdovichenkov asks to recover from Mouzenidis Travel LLC the amount of losses incurred in the amount of 623,447 rubles, interest under article 395 of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Russian Federation, 8,924 rubles, moral damage 600,000 rubles, to impose a fine for non-compliance with the voluntary procedure for satisfying the applicant’s claims – 50% of amount awarded by the court“, – told in the press service of the TASS court.
Back in July, this operator announced the cancellation of all tours to Greece. According to experts, the company owes its clients about 12 million euros, or one billion rubles. Social networks have long been overwhelmed with negative comments addressed to the company’s representatives. Several class actions will be considered in court in the near future.
Being an extremely secretive person, Vladimir Vdovichenkov had not previously talked about the problems he had. He still does not comment on the litigation. Instead, on social networks, he prefers to share creative plans and shots from the set.
