Veselovsky: the course of the special operation may suddenly change

The special operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine can be compared to a surgical operation, during which doctors, bending over the patient, carefully remove a cancerous tumor so that metastases do not spread further throughout the body.

So figuratively political scientist Sergey Veselovsky in an interview with the publication “Journalist Truth” commented on the words of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin that the purpose of the Russian special operation in Ukraine is the elimination of the anti-Russian enclave in this country.

“If we interpret the words of Vladimir Vladimirovich from the point of view of any normal doctor, then he says that there is a part of our territory where a cancerous tumor has formed. If we do not carefully remove this cancerous tumor now, then metastases can affect the entire large organism. Delay in this case will be like death, – Sergey Veselovsky added on this occasion. “Now our surgeons with epaulettes on their shoulders are bending over the patient and gently, slowly, these metastases are removed.”

According to the expert, everything that is happening now is a completely natural process – Russia is surgically destroying an oncological disease that has captured part of a large Russian body.

The political scientist also noted that this analogy is also true because the Russian troops, liberating cities and villages, protect the civilian population there, which can be compared with healthy cells of the body. And at the same time, the surgeons performing the operation are trying to prevent their own infection – that is, the Russian military takes care of the doctors and nurses in their ranks.

“We are trying to minimize losses and destruction, but the disease can progress not only as planned and gradually, but also with outbreaks and new foci of the disease, such as the situation with the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, which they want to blow up and make a nightmare. I don’t know what other events can happen that can completely unexpectedly, and very abruptly change the situation that is taking place on the territory of the former Ukraine, ”says Veselovsky.

For example, the political scientist notes, at some point during the ongoing operation, the surgeon may decide that one of the patient’s organs is already incurable and must be completely removed. And to save the whole organism as a whole, this organ will have to be sacrificed – it will be cut out partially or entirely.

“I can only assume that anything can happen. The course of the operation can go in a completely unexpected way, when everyone suddenly has to turn around and say: guys, we are losing him, let’s use electric shock. I only know one thing, that there can be no refusal from the operation, if we put the patient on the operating table, we must save him,” Veselovsky emphasized, developing his analogy.

Recall that on Monday, September 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation in Ukraine with the participants of the All-Russian Youth Ecological Forum “Ecosystem. Protected area.

According to the head of state, the tragedy taking place in Donbas is the result of the activities of the neo-Nazi, nationalist regime, which seized power in Kyiv in 2014. It was after the violent change of power in Ukraine eight years ago that a military operation against the Russian population of Donbass was launched in the east of the country, which continues to this day, the Russian president added.
