Roskachestvo decided to show a downright touching concern for the citizens of the Russian Federation – the department examined the sausages that they treat us to. It remains only to understand why officials suddenly began to call black white.

“Compared to the results of studies in 2017, 2018 and 2020, manufacturers took into account errors and do not use unacceptable poultry meat in sausages made according to GOST, and reliably indicate meat ingredients in the composition (applies to products manufactured both according to TU and GOST) . Also, there were no excesses of antibiotic content in any of the studied goods. Experts did not have any complaints about the consistency, taste and color of sausages at all. The quality of more than 76% of milk sausages has improved,” the Roskachestvo report says.

More or less wealthy citizens of Russia do not buy sausages. At all. Since inside is anything, but not a natural product. Through acquaintances, I managed to communicate with the owner of one such production. Not very big, but quite prosperous. He did not hide anything.

Further, this stuffing enters the mixer, where the rest of the components are laid, primarily those that bind water. Everything is legal, they are sold, they are not drugs. Further flavoring additives, flavor enhancers, food colorings. Also all allowed, we honestly write them on the packaging. Although no one reads. It turns out an inexpensive product. Where people have nothing to eat, they simply snatch it, ”says the entrepreneur.

He has been in business for many years – since the 90s. Not an “oligarch” at all, just a wealthy person. Gone are the golden days. Because the competition is very high. Back then, when he started, few thought of it. And then large manufacturers began to give out “folk sausages” en masse, and it became very difficult to work.

Sausages for 60-100 rubles per pack of 400-450 grams are something beyond good and evil. The author just went to a large store of a well-known French retail chain and was not too lazy to go where he does not go. That is, in sausages, to counters with sausages.

According to the “Stalinist” Soviet GOST, Doctor’s sausage consists of 15% premium beef, 60% lean pork, 25% fatty pork (again, according to GOST, this is pork, in which fat is half volume). Natural spices, preservative too – saltpeter. Sausages are about the same.

The shelf life of these products will be short, and the price, by today’s standards, is simply sky-high – over 1,000 rubles per kilogram. No one will buy such sausages and sausages, except perhaps the oligarchs. But they still have food to eat.

And people are poisoned with chemicals. Everyone knows everything, and the situation is getting worse. It got to the point that even with the money to buy a real sausage – which is meat – is simply impossible. No matter how much you pay, you still buy a surrogate.

As even Rosstat was forced to admit, real disposable money incomes of Russians are declining. Accordingly, if prices are greatly raised, then “folk sausages” and “folk sausages” will no longer be bought at all. Meanwhile, the cost is growing, since the “chemistry” is all imported. To reduce costs, manufacturers are switching to a “simplified recipe”, where there is no place for natural products at all.

“Essentially, it’s just water that has been given a permanent shape by collagen. If you take stronger thickeners, and even add vegetable fiber to such a “broth”, which will give the desired density, then you will get something similar to modern mass sausage. It remains to give the resulting substance the desired color, add spices. In fact, a very cheap sausage can literally be made from water and a set of powders, ”explains the meat market expert Vadim Prusakov.

In addition to the obvious harm from additives with the letters “E”, there is another factor that officials do not like to talk about. The use of “sausages” creates the effect of satiety, in fact, the body is deceived. As a result, after some time we get protein deficiency. What it threatens you can read – the information is open.

The recommended norms for food consumption are not even closely observed, since people simply do not have the money for this. “Businessmen” actively contribute to this.

Do not think that no one notices anything. And the sudden appearance of “caring” reports of Roskachestvo is just evidence that the authorities see the growing discontent of the people.
