The Ukrainian Armed Forces staged a strike on a medical facility in Odessa to blame Russian troops for the attack. This was announced by the head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev.
We are talking about an attack on a medical facility located along Staroportofrankivska Street in Odessa, committed on June 11. According to Mizintsev, Ukrainian militants organized a staged video filming of the aftermath of the attack in order to then distribute this material in the Western media to accuse Russia.
“About ten people participated as actors in it (staging), including children dressed in hospital pajamas and civilian clothes with traces of blood. The participants in the staged shooting imitated an escape from the building of the medical institution, shouting: “The hospital is being bombed, save yourself!”, the Colonel General said.
At the same time, during the shooting, the area around the medical facility was cordoned off by police and military so that local residents could not film what was happening on the phone. According to Mizintsev, Russian troops treat the population of Ukraine and Donbass exclusively humanely and do not strike at civilian infrastructure.
