The settlement of Yelenovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) on June 12 was subjected to another shelling from Ukraine. The militants fired 13 shells from the Grad multiple launch rocket system (MLRS).
The first five rockets were fired at 13:30, eight more shells arrived at 19:30. Both shellings were carried out from the side of Novomikhailovka, the DPR representation in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire regime specified.
“Fishes were fired from the VFU (armed formations of Ukraine) in the following directions: 13.30 – n.p. Novomikhailovka – n.p. Yelenovka (village Molodezhnoye): 5 missiles were fired from the MLRS BM-21 “Grad”; 19.30 – n.p. Novomikhailovka – n.p. Yelenovka (Petrovskoye village): 8 missiles were fired from the BM-21 Grad MLRS,” the report says.
Three other settlements in the DPR were also shelled. Four mines with a caliber of 82 millimeters were fired at the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka, eight mines with a caliber of 120 millimeters at Golmovsky, and three shells with a caliber of 152 millimeters at Panteleymonovka.
