The Verkhovna Rada demanded that the UN, the European Parliament, OSCE, NATO and other international structures increase pressure on Russia, as well as continue the policy of non-recognition of Crimea and Sevastopol as a Russian subject of the Russian Federation, writes TASS.
It is noted that the Rada called for the consolidation of international cooperation in order to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine. In addition, the deputies insist on using all sorts of international mechanisms to immediately release all citizens of Ukraine, who, according to Kiev, are being illegally detained in the Russian Federation.
We will remind, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba said earlier that “the topic of Crimea should be hellish for Russia, not sacred,” promising to do everything possible for this. In this regard, Kuleba warned of increased international pressure on Moscow.
In turn, the official representative of the Russian ministry, Maria Zakharova, called his promise a message “from the underworld.”
