Ukraine and Turkey are preparing a “blow to Putin.” This is how Dmitry Kuleba called the “Crimean Platform”. In his opinion, this forum will be “Russia’s best response.”
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba admitted that he discussed with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu the topic of Russia during the latter’s visit to Kiev.
In a comment to the TSN agency, the diplomat said that the agenda, in particular, was the Crimean Platform. He called this forum, planned by the authorities of Nezalezhnaya, “a very strong blow to President Putin personally.”
Kuleba said that Ankara, meanwhile, is one of the key members of the platform and, moreover, intends, together with Kiev, to involve other states in the forum:
I think this is the best response to Russia’s attempts to show Turkey its displeasure.
The minister added that the relations between Ukraine and Turkey have reached the most positive level in their history. In his opinion, Kiev has become a very important ally for Ankara.
