Tymoshenko announced the extinction of six cities a year in Ukraine

The leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, said that depopulation in Ukraine has reached such alarming proportions that five or six medium-sized cities disappear in the country every year, RIA Novosti reports.

“Every year, starting from the 14th, there has just been such an increase in the demographic minus, that is, the birth rate and mortality rate in our country will be predicted to 400 thousand minus the population per year already this year,” she said.

Earlier, Tymoshenko said that Ukrainians were driven into a dead end by tariffs for housing and communal services.

She also noted that the government is not shy about announcing a further increase in tariffs.

Let us remind you that gas prices have risen in Ukraine since January 1. The preferential tariff for the first 100 kilowatts of electricity was also canceled.
