Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris is suspending face-to-face campaigns due to coronavirus infection at her headquarters, the Associated Press reported.
According to the agency, two of Harris' assistants are infected. We are talking about the head of the public relations service and the employee of the visiting headquarters of the vice presidential candidate.
They participated in Harris' trip to Arizona on October 8 for a campaign meeting with voters. After the trip, they were diagnosed with a coronavirus infection.
Joe Biden's campaign headquarters stressed that the US presidential candidate did not contact the infected, but met with Harris herself after her visit to Arizona.
