Former US President Donald Trump criticized his former advisers on the fight against the new coronavirus – the chief US infectious disease specialist Anthony Fauci and ex-White House COVID coordinator Deborah Burks, reports RT.
It is reported that the former head of the White House was outraged by an interview with Burks and Fauci CNN, where they talked about their difficult relationship with him.
“Based on their interviews, I thought it was time to speak out loudly about Dr. Fauci and Dr. Burks, self-promoted and trying to cover up their bad intuition and bad recommendations, which I, fortunately, almost always canceled,” – he said.
Earlier, the chief infectious disease specialist of the United States, adviser to the American president, Anthony Fauci, spoke positively about the Russian drug for the coronavirus Sputnik V.
According to him, the data on the Russian vaccine are good. When asked by a journalist whether he would have been vaccinated with Sputnik V or the Chinese vaccine, Fauci did not answer specifically. He noted that he did not have enough information about the Chinese drug, and “the Russian data looks good.”
