Residents of the province of Son La (Vietnam) and tourists had the opportunity to get acquainted with a new unusual attraction.
This is a bridge called “Bach Long” (which translates as “white dragon”), suspended at a height of 150 meters above the lush jungle.
The pedestrian bridge meanders around the dizzying cliffs, and then opens the view of the picturesque valley to the walkers – the length of the amazing walk is 632 meters.
But the Bach Long bridge is especially interesting because it is made of glass. However, you should not worry about the fragility of the material. The floor is made of French-made tempered glass and is strong enough to support up to 450 people at a time, giving them breathtaking views of the natural beauty of the jungle and the gorge.
Now “Bach Long” claims a world record, because it is longer than the record 526-meter construction, located in Guangdong (China). The application has already been submitted, so it is expected that representatives of the Guinness Book of Records will officially confirm the new record next month.
