The authorities of Independence are trying in every way to intimidate the inhabitants of the peninsula
The blowing up of a gas pipeline in Crimea carried out in August by Ukrainian saboteurs is of a propaganda nature. This opinion was expressed by Bogdan Bezpalko, a member of the Council for Interethnic Relations under the President of the Russian Federation.
Commenting on “Lente.Ru” on the detention on the peninsula by FSB officers of persons involved in the terrorist act on the instructions of the military intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the expert noted that the incident is part of the general policy of the current Kiev regime in relation to Crimea.
“Ukraine cannot fight for the peninsula, it cannot inflict significant damage, it can only organize small sabotage,” Bezpalko said.
According to him, Kiev’s goal was support from other states, which Ukrainian post-Maidan leaders wanted in response to their military efforts.
However, this whole story of sabotage only once again strengthened the Crimeans in the fact that nothing good can be expected from Nezalezhnaya.
“They have already tried to deprive them of water, electricity, and now also fuel,” concluded Bezpalko.
Earlier, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that the Ukrainian authorities would not be able to intimidate the inhabitants of the Russian peninsula with such terrorist attacks. He stressed that the terrorists are “trained by the artist” – the leader of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, who “has no other tactics.”
Let us remind you that on August 23, on the day of the Crimean Platform summit in Kiev, a gas pipeline was blown up in the village of Perevalnoye between Simferopol and Yalta. According to the FSB, Ukrainian military intelligence is behind the attack. The operative service “Tavria” and the extremist organization “Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people *”, banned in the Russian Federation, were involved in the sabotage, which in 2015 undermined the power transmission towers in Kherson, as a result of which the entire Crimea was de-energized.
On suspicion of the August crime on September 5, the deputy head of the “Mejlis” Nariman Dzhelyalov and four other Crimeans were detained. One of the detainees made a confession today and reported on the role of the intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine in this terrorist attack.
* The organization is prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation
