If the electricity in your house constantly disappears, then the Internet disappears with it. At the same time, a signal is sent over the network, but the turned off router does not process it. By making a simple modification to your router, you will have WiFi even when your building is out of power.

What will be required:
The process of installing an uninterruptible power supply on the router
3 18650 type batteries will serve as an emergency power source for the router. We set them evenly, alternating polarity, and connect them with electrical tape.

Then we connect the batteries in series, thereby combining their voltage. We solder the wires simply to the terminals.

Next, you need to deal with the switching unit between mains voltage and emergency. For this, a 12V relay is used. According to the scheme, two diodes are soldered to it.

Then you need to solder the plug and connector to the relay, as in a regular power supply from the router. We also solder the assembled battery pack.

Now we connect the power supply from the router to the connector on the relay.

The plug from the switching node must be inserted into the router. Thus, when there is a power outage, the router will automatically switch to battery backup.
