The Russian army was urged to finally hit the decision-making centers

APU hit the center of Kherson. Eyewitnesses report at least five rockets falling near the administration building. There are dead and wounded. According to some reports, five HIMARS missiles were fired at the center of Kherson. Meanwhile, an explosion occurred in the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Luhansk, sources report the death of the Prosecutor General of the LPR Sergey Gorenko and his deputy Yekaterina Steglenko.

On Friday afternoon, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked Kherson and Luhansk. The explosions happened almost simultaneously. An explosion in Luhansk occurred in the office of the LPR Prosecutor General – according to preliminary information, an explosive device was planted there.

In Kherson, at the time of arrival, a meeting of CAA officials was held. According to administration representative Kirill Stremousov, the hit happened in his office.

Expert, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko believes that retaliatory strikes against the infrastructure of Ukraine can stop the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:

– Russian strikes on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure should be larger and more permanent. And not as rare as we see it now.

Unlike Ukraine, we do not shell cities, we do not inflict damage on the civilian population of Ukraine. Our goal is to weaken the Zelensky regime and deprive the Ukrainian armed forces of the ability to provide organized resistance, receive supplies, and maneuver reserves.

Therefore, critical infrastructure facilities such as bridges, thermal power plants, power supply facilities, communication centers, decision centers are absolutely legitimate and legitimate targets. If we do not scale our capabilities in terms of decommissioning, destruction, destruction of Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, we thereby put ourselves in a very unfavorable situation, especially against the backdrop of ever-increasing supplies of Western weapons to the Ukrainian army.

According to the expert, the initiative of self-mobilization, which, we recall, was launched by the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, is useful, but with one “but”:

– The tasks of state defense are the prerogative of the state. Therefore, the formation, recruitment of personnel – contract soldiers, weapons, military equipment of units – is the task of the state. As for some initiatives that are ultimately useful, that’s good. But I emphasize once again that the issues of war and peace and security are the function of the Russian Federation and those bodies that are authorized to carry out relevant activities.
