You need to rest at night

According to the expert, the main condition for maintaining vigor not only of the spirit, but also of the body, is the observance of the daily routine. That is, you need to sleep at least the recommended 8 hours a day and not at any convenient time, namely at night.

– Sleep should be at a certain time of the day. It is noticed that if a person goes to bed before ten o’clock in the evening, then he gets enough sleep faster and his body recovers better. The biological clock has not been canceled, so if you go to bed at this time, the level of serotonin and melatonin rises. It is from ten o’clock in the evening until four or five o’clock in the morning – the best time to sleep, – the doctor is sure.

If you have insomnia

Those who, for some reason, cannot get enough sleep at night (working in shifts or due to illness) should not be upset. The psychologist recommends in such a case not to plunge into unnecessary experiences, but to try to better save strength and energy during the day.

In order not to waste a valuable resource, the first step is to try to determine where the energy goes, why it is not enough. To do this, you can take a biochemical blood test: you may have an iron deficiency. In this case, it will be relatively simple to correct the situation – by replenishing stocks.

But in most cases, additional analysis is also required – of your life. The psychologist recommends starting to keep a diary, where you need to record all significant events. You can write your thoughts about the loss of energy – perhaps you will see a pattern – after communicating with which people you feel a breakdown, etc.

– You also need to write down after what food and what physical activity the energy is restored. Everything must be tested and verified, – the expert believes.
