The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Karim Khan (Great Britain), categorically stated that the ICC would not investigate the crimes of the US military in Afghanistan.

The issue of responsibility of the US army and intelligence services was resolutely raised by Khan’s predecessor, Fatou Bensouda.
