The number of cases of coronavirus infection in the world exceeded 110 million

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 infection on the planet has exceeded 110 million, according to Johns Hopkins University.

According to the latest university data, 110,024,593 people were infected with coronavirus infection in the world, 2,432,825 died, about 62 million recovered.

Earlier, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Gennady Onishchenko explained why Russia was able to develop and register a vaccine against the new coronavirus COVID-19 so quickly.

To date, the drug for COVID-19 developed by the Gamaleya Center is registered in Russia, Kazakhstan, Saint Vincent, the Grenadines, Montenegro, Belarus, Argentina, Bolivia, Serbia, Algeria, Palestine, Venezuela, Paraguay, Turkmenistan, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Republic of Guinea, Tunisia, Armenia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Republika Srpska (entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina), Lebanon, Myanmar, Pakistan, Mongolia and Bahrain, Gabon.

Meanwhile, in Anapa, at the construction site of a new SPA complex, a time capsule was laid with the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine. The capsule also contains a message to descendants, a protective mask and gloves. The message to residents of 2100 expresses the hope that “the next generations will no longer know what a pandemic is.”
