The police refused to initiate a criminal deval in the relationship of the producer Iosif Prigogine on the basis of Sergei Shnurov’s priest.
Now, on February 16, a decree was thrown out on the refusal to initiate a criminal case. This was reported by the lawyer of Joseph Prigozhin, Sergei Zhorin.
He drove a disagreement with the fact that “there were no threats of murder or serious harm to health.”
Sergei Zhorin also said that Sergei Shnurov could now become a defendant in the criminal case. He may be held liable for knowingly false denunciation.
Recall that the conflict between Prigozhin and Shnurov flared up due to the fact that the leader of Leningrad made fun of the producer, who complained about the plight of the Russian artists, and invited the Russians to chip in for food.
Belatedly, Sergei Shnurov published a correspondence in which Joseph Prigogine threatens him.
