The representative of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic in the political subgroup of the contact group on Donbass, Rodion Miroshnik, expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian security forces received a “secret order to shoot” after the meeting of the National Security Council of Ukraine, writing about this in the Telegram channel.
On Saturday, the representative office of the LPR said that the Ukrainian security forces opened fire from prohibited mortars at the village of Lozovoye in the Donbass controlled by the People’s Militia of the Republic.
Earlier, the NSDC secretary, following the meeting, said that the meeting participants decided to return to the consideration of five scenarios for Donbass, while the LPR Foreign Ministry suggested that Kiev was ready to abandon the indefinite ceasefire in Donbass.
In turn, Miroshnik wrote that there was no shelling from the LPR, and Kiev unilaterally violated the silence.
Earlier, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak said that the Minsk agreements are practically impossible to implement in the version in which they were signed.
