The leader of the German band Rammstein Till Lindemann, who came to Russia to perform at the festival, could be “set up” by the organizer of the event. This is reported by REN TV.
According to the TV channel, Maksim Larin, a businessman from Tver, tried to hold the “MacLarin for the Motherland” festival for tens of thousands of viewers. Among the speakers whom the entrepreneur invited to the event were the group “Bi-2” and the leader of Rammstein. If the national team ultimately refused to perform, then the German performer came to the festival.
Meanwhile, law enforcement agencies warned the organizer of the festival about the illegality of holding a mass event and the responsibility that he may incur in case of non-compliance with sanitary and epidemiological measures. As REN TV notes, the businessman could have “covered up” with the Rammstein frontman and benefit from the scandal, including for personal purposes.
The questions of the security officials, who were previously noticed in the room of the Lindemann hotel in the village of Zavidovo, Tver region, were addressed not to the artist, but to the organizer of the festival. A group of law enforcement officers only warned the leader of Rammstein about the need to comply with restrictions on mass events, and the performer was also given a corresponding order. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the Tver businessman.
Earlier it was reported that Lindemann will become the headliner of the International Military Music Festival “Spasskaya Tower”. The event management stressed that the artist will be a “special guest” and will perform on Red Square on September 4 and 5.
