According to him, Poland is currently initiating a search for adequate solutions, taking into account the interests of refugees. Such contacts, among other things, are taking place at the level of border commissioners and through the operational and duty services.
“For our part, as before, we are open to discussing equal and mutually beneficial cooperation in ensuring border security,” added Bychkovsky.
The head of the operational-situational center of the Brest border group Sergey Kozlovsky confirmed the outlined positive tendencies. He noted that the previously formal exchange of information has become more constructive. In particular, the Polish security forces began to get in touch with the operational control center of the Brest sector.
“Literally yesterday evening, at the initiative of the Polish side, we exchanged information on the situation with queues near the Kozlovichi checkpoint … Information about the use of aviation by the Polish Border Guard also began to arrive. Despite the difficult situation on a number of border sections, there are no difficulties in mutual understanding, ”said Kozlovsky.
Earlier in NewInform: Anatoly Sholtanyuk, a member of the Council of the Republic of Belarus, said that the refugees were primarily supposed to receive help and support from the West, which destroyed their countries.
