The official representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Hua Chunying, said that the partnership between the Russian Federation and the PRC will continue to grow, but the cooperation of states is not directed against third countries, TASS reports.
According to her, Beijing and Moscow have similar views on many political aspects. Chunying stressed that Sino-Russian relations have “reached the highest level.”
The diplomat also noted that the PRC and the Russian Federation have become an important force “contributing to global stability.”
European Union Foreign Affairs Representative Josep Borrell said earlier that Russia and China are getting closer to oppose the West.
We add that Senator Alexei Pushkov, in response to the statement by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken about building relations with China from a position of strength, noted that Washington will not be able to scare China, and such statements will only push Beijing to an alliance with Moscow.
