The Cabinet of Ministers is studying the initiative to introduce in Russia the possibility of obtaining an online mortgage for an indefinite period, the press service of Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin reports.

In order to arrange a mortgage online after September 30, Delovaya Rossiya, together with developers and Dom.RF, propose to make the necessary changes to the anti-money laundering law (115-FZ), which regulates the procedure for identifying bank customers , including remotely.

For example, individuals may also be allowed to open accounts via video communication, through an account in the unified identification and authentication system (ESIA). According to the press service of Marat Khusnullin, this proposal is already being studied.






The market and, most importantly, customers are interested in maintaining the possibility of remote registration of mortgages.
