The Black Sea Fleet monitors the actions of the American ship Mount Whitney

The Black Sea Fleet began to monitor the actions of the US Navy’s headquarters ship Mount Whitney. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It is specified that the American vessel entered the Black Sea on November 4. Earlier it was reported that the ship went there to conduct joint operations with NATO partners. On board are officers from the headquarters of the US Sixth Fleet and the Command of the Strike and Support Forces of the Allied Naval Forces.

Recall that at the end of October, the US Navy sent an Arleigh Burke-class missile destroyer USS Porter to the Black Sea.
