The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region suspended the consideration of the claim of the shareholders of the Lenin State Farm against the director Pavel Grudinin due to the need for a number of examinations. Information about this appeared on the website of the judicial authority in the file of cases.
The proceedings have been dragging on since August 2020. A number of shareholders dispute the decision to contribute the land plot to the authorized capital of Kashirsky Mall LLC and demand to collect about 829 million rubles from Grudinin. The court suspended the consideration of the case in order to assess the market value of the site at the time of the contested transaction, filing a claim and on the date of the examination.
The documents must be submitted to the court by December 15, 2021. The proceedings on the case were suspended until the end of the examination.
Earlier it was reported that the ECHR recognized the decisions in the “Grudinin case” as legal. The director of the Lenin State Farm did not agree with the conclusion of the Vidnovsky City Court, according to which 41.91% of the shares were withdrawn from his possession.
