The Accounts Chamber found violations at the Ministry of Labor for 800 million rubles

The Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation checked the execution of the budget in 2019 by the Ministry of Labor and Rostrud, a number of violations and shortcomings were found.


Thus, the Ministry of Labor last year committed 45 violations and shortcomings in the amount of 836.4 million rubles, most of all - in the provision and use of subsidies, reports RIA News.

The agency notes that several times the ministry, without explaining the reason, increased the volume of appropriations for its subordinate budgetary organizations.

For example, there is a building management department. The original appropriation was increased by 9 million, although there was no reason for this, - quoted by the agency of the auditor Sergei Shtogrin.






Similar violations were revealed in educational institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor. The corresponding letter will be sent to the Prosecutor General's Office. In addition, the Ministry of Labor will have to explain itself about violations of the public procurement law. So, in one case, the contract was paid, but not fully executed.

Similar violations were found in Rostrud. Also, the department and its territorial bodies allowed additional expenses of the federal budget for 547 thousand rubles. The episode concerned the payment of fines for late transfer of taxes and insurance premiums.

Earlier chernayakobra.ru reported that the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation carried out an audit of the execution of the budget of the Ministry of Energy in 2019 and identified shortcomings and violations in the amount of 292 million rubles. The joint venture noted that some of these violations were committed during the formation of the state assignment and control over the implementation of budget investments. The revenues of the Ministry of Energy in the reporting period amounted to 46.7 billion rubles, or 106%.
