New incentive payments for helping people with coronavirus infection will receive those working under a number of departments: doctors, medical personnel, military personnel and other state employees. Employees of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Labor, as well as the Rosgvardia, the FSB, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Moscow State University can count on "coronavirus" payments. Doctors and paramedics with higher (non-medical) education providing specialized care in inpatient conditions - anesthesiologists-resuscitators and infectious disease specialists - will receive the highest additional payments (100% of the average monthly income).
Physicians of primary care, emergency medical care are entitled to 80%, middle and junior medical staff of hospitals will be paid 50% and 30%, respectively. Nurses and paramedics participating in the provision of emergency medical care will receive 40% of last year's average monthly income, 20% each will be received by nurses to receive ambulance calls and transfer them to mobile teams.
The payments will be allocated five billion rubles from the government reserve fund. The agencies and departments were instructed to report on the effective and targeted use of funds by October 1.
