  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 100 g butter
  • 5 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • baking tins


  1. Beat regular sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until the crunch of sugar disappears under the beaters of the mixer.
  2. Add a little softened butter, mix well. You can soften the butter by placing it in the microwave for a minute.
  3. Continuing to beat, add sour cream.
  4. Sieve flour through a sieve and add baking powder to it. After that, add flour in small portions and stir. The dough should look like thick homemade sour cream. The amount of flour can be adjusted by eye.
  5. Fill the molds 2/3 full with dough. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake muffins for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Use a toothpick or wooden stick to check that the muffins are ready. If the toothpick is dry, the cupcakes are ready.
