German Chancellor Angela Merkel spoke about relations with Russia. The military correspondent of the “Komsomolskaya Pravda” Alexander Kots issued a forecast for the further reaction of Kiev: “Something has burst many times.”
Speaking as part of a video message to the participants in the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Merkel noted that the situation in Belarus, Crimea and Donbass is of concern to her.
“If we look at the external borders of Europe, it will become obvious to us that today, peace and security, stability and prosperity are not taken for granted,” she said.
At the same time, regarding relations with Russia, she noted that, despite the many disagreements and conflicts “that complicate our relations”, it is necessary to continue the dialogue.
“I remain the person who says all the time: we must talk to each other, we must remain in dialogue,” she said.
Given the Russophobic orientation of modern Ukraine, military commander Alexander Kots has already predicted the reaction to Merkel’s words.
“Something has burst many times in Kiev,” he stressed in his Kotsnews Telegram channel.
