In order for a fashionable device to live a long life and delight its owner with impeccable work, it should be properly looked after.
Buying a new smartphone, each of us dreams that it will serve us faithfully for more than one year. But it turns out that often the service life of a gadget is affected by its improper operation. And one of the most common mistakes phone owners make is incorrect charging.
So what are we doing wrong by shortening the life of the gadget.
During the first charging, we focus on the availability of free time, and not on the recommendations of the manufacturer. In fact, for the first time, a new smartphone should be charged to the 100 percent mark. And only after it is completely discharged.
We delay the moment of charging until the last, until the phone turns off by itself. This is harmful to the device. Such a load has an extremely negative effect on the battery – as a result, it will fail much faster than that of more responsible people.
Don’t use the smartphone’s power saving mode… But in vain! This allows you to extend its performance in an emergency for a few minutes or even hours.
We leave the phone on charge all night. After the battery is fully charged, the battery will run dry. Which will not have the best effect on the smartphone’s lifespan.
We activate all the available functions. This is completely in vain: unnecessary applications only consume energy, but do not bring any benefit to the owner of the phone.
We do not save the smartphone in hot and cold weather. The device must be protected from direct sunlight and severe frost. This will extend the life of the battery and the entire gadget as a whole.
