Probably, each of us always wants to look our best, and, of course, arouse interest in the opposite sex. But sometimes there is simply not enough time for facial care.
Modern life, so rich and stormy, does not leave us time for ourselves. But how, without beauty? Career, position in society, love of a spouse – all this obliges you to be beautiful and chic, or at least have a well-groomed face. Do not forget that they are greeted by clothes, so the appearance, and even more so the face, is the first step to achieve success in any field.
Maintaining the beauty of the face is quite simple, and most importantly, inexpensive. To maintain the beauty of your face, you only need 15 minutes a day, morning and evening.
The morning must begin, of course, with washing, and it is best to use cosmetic ice from herbal infusions before the main wash. It is necessary to actively wipe the entire face with a “healing” cube, and after a couple of minutes, wash as usual. After wiping your face, wait 5 minutes, and only then apply a day cream. Makeup can be applied after 5 minutes. Cosmetologists advise you to definitely use tonal products, and elite brands, which will not only hide various skin imperfections, but will also take care of it throughout the day.
In the evening, it is best to wash off the make-up with a special milk as soon as you come home. On the skin, you can either apply a day cream or wipe it with lotion.
As a skin care, of course, it is recommended to apply a mask on your face at least a couple of times a week, according to your skin type. Moreover, masks can be used, both bought in the store, and prepared from improvised means, according to “grandmother’s” recipes.
Homemade masks are a great alternative to those sold in pharmacies and stores. Having prepared a mask, you will definitely know that this is a completely natural product that will give the maximum effect for your skin. Let’s look at several options for face masks that can be easily prepared at home.
Mask for dry skin: beat the egg yolk thoroughly, add a dessert spoon of olive oil and half a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to it. Mix everything well until you get a homogeneous mass. Using a cosmetic brush, apply this mask on your face for 20 minutes, then rinse.
Mask for normal skin: take in equal amounts, 2 teaspoons of honey and fatty cottage cheese, grind, and add half a teaspoon of any oil to the mixture. Such a nourishing mask can be applied both on the face and on the neck, literally for 20 minutes. Then remove the mask from your face and wash with lukewarm water.
Face mask for aging skin: add a dessert spoon of buckwheat honey (although you can take any other), 5 drops of oil, preferably olive, and half a teaspoon of lemon juice, to a beaten egg yolk. Beat all the ingredients until a fluffy mass is formed, then add a little oatmeal to it, a teaspoon will be enough.
Mask for sensitive skin: finely chop a tomato and mix it with either 2 tbsp. spoons of wheat flour, or with small flakes of oatmeal. Apply all over your face and wash off with lukewarm water after half an hour. This mask is great for soothing irritated skin.
Mask for oily skin: beat fresh egg white into a fluffy mass, and pour a spoonful of lemon juice into it. Using a brush, apply to the face, and when it dries, this is after about 10 minutes, apply another layer of the mask in the same way. After the second layer dries, you can wash it off. Such a mask is an excellent option for problem skin, on which there are pimples, age spots after them, it tightens enlarged pores well, and due to the drying effect, removes oily sheen from the face.
