On April 7, Russian Defense Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu had a telephone conversation with Armenian Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.
The dialogue touched upon the issue of resolving the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as other topics of mutual interest.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the Armenian government Nikol Pashinyan would arrive in Moscow on April 7 to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin; the day before, the parties had a telephone conversation.
