The artist said that in the process of import substitution, his project “Hands Up! sushi”.
“The prices for salmon and tuna skyrocketed, so we had to look for new suppliers, adjust prices, and introduce an economy line. In other projects, we also quickly overcame all the difficulties – the professionalism of the team affected”, said Sergey Zhukov.
As Zhukov noted, in some of his projects he announced a price freeze. According to the musician, he did not cash in on his customers, unlike most restaurants and bars. As the musician noted, he has full houses in his establishments, according to Komsomolskaya Pravda – Yekaterinburg.
