Serbia is negotiating with Russia on the purchase of the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine, writes TASS with reference to the President of the Republic, Alexander Vucic.
“We are now really negotiating with other countries, including about the Russian vaccine,” the politician confirmed in an interview with the agency.
Earlier, the Russian Academy of Sciences told about the progress of trials of the third Russian vaccine against coronavirus. It is based on a virus that is devoid of infectious properties, but retains the ability to induce an immune response.
Also yesterday it was reported that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine did not rule out the purchase of the Russian vaccine against COVID-19, if the drug is approved by WHO.
