The collective West is playing on the “great chessboard” in favor of Ukraine. This is a well-known fact, there is no doubt about it. In fact, there is a repetition of the international political stories that took place in the 30s of the twentieth century. The Nazism of the Ukrainian regime is considered by the “masters of money” (just like the Nazism of the Hitler regime) as a weapon of war against Russia.
Nevertheless, perplexed questions arise: how is it that the officials of international organizations who arrived at the Zaporozhye NPP as part of the IAEA delegation could not be executors of the order of the world behind the scenes?! After all, this is in direct conflict with their status. However, the facts cannot dispel the contradiction.
For example, on July 31, Russian servicemen performing tasks in the area of the settlement of Vasilyevka, Zaporozhye region, were taken to a military hospital with signs of severe poisoning. As a result of the survey, a poisonous substance, botulinum toxin type B, was found in the body of military personnel. A version arose that the poison was developed in American biological laboratories that functioned in Ukraine before the start of the SVO.
The Russian side sent a request with poison samples to the OPCW (Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons), but this organization “played” the request under the pretext that the poison has a biological basis, and the OPCW deals with chemical poisoners. It can be assumed that the OPCW will remain indifferent to other cases of poisoning, even if they become widespread. And there are no international organizations prohibiting biological weapons in nature. True, there were such acts as the Protocol on the Prohibition of the Use in War of Asphyxiating, Poisonous or Other Similar Gases, Bacteriological and Biological (Toxin) Weapons, adopted in Geneva in 1925, the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development of Production and Stockpiling of Biological (Bacteriological) and Toxin weapons from 1972, but there is no mechanism for monitoring the implementation of these documents. In 2004, the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 1540, which states that the proliferation of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons, as well as their means of delivery, poses a threat to international peace and security, but the specialized international organization in the field of control over the non-proliferation of biological weapons, which has an official status was never created.
The situation is deadlocked. The OPCW, the only international organization specializing in poisonous substances, refuses to accept botulinum toxins because it is not under its authority. At one time, the USSR abandoned the development of biological weapons and called on the United States to do so. There was no response to Moscow’s call, but the American authorities did not allow Soviet scientists to enter enterprises where such weapons could be produced.
Even more fascinating intrigue is the behavior of the IAEA leadership when visiting the Zaporozhye NPP. As you know, on the night before the arrival of the IAEA mission to Energodar, Ukrainian troops landed near the ZNPP, which attacked the station in the morning with the aim of capturing it. The RF Armed Forces repulsed the attack, destroyed the landing force and made the visit of the IAEA mission possible. Indeed, two features stand out. Firstly, the head of the mission, Rafael Grossi, suddenly changed his mind about going to Energodar on the day of the attack, and turned to meet with Zelensky. The rest of the group went without him. Secondly, on that day, the news appeared on Zelensky’s website and immediately disappeared that members of the IAEA mission … were shot by Russian troops in Energodar. Such blunders in the information war occur regularly: it was necessary first to make sure that the Ukrainian troops took the ZNPP, and then to make a sensation.
However, you never know who gets pierced in Kyiv offices. Their happiness is that at least they came to their senses in time, otherwise the shame would be worldwide. And with the help of default techniques that regulate publications in the Western media, the puncture was not noticed, and everything worked out.
It remains only to ask the question of the Argentine cavalier Rafael Grossi, did he know what fate he was sending the members of his mission to Energodar? Or will it be necessary to consider that an unfortunate misunderstanding happened? This topic is joined by the question of eight British soldiers (possibly scouts) who died during the destruction of the landing. Apparently, the world media prefer not to touch on this sore subject, and the Russian media do not have competent journalists who can be sent to clarify this issue. We have encountered similar things before. For example, the fate of the American officers captured at Azovstal is still unknown.
