In 2020, prices for secondary housing in Russian cities with a population of one million increased on average by 10%. Such data is provided by one of the services for the sale, purchase and rental of real estate.
According to them, the average cost of secondary housing in million-plus cities in December 2020 amounted to 82.2 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m, edition “Kommersant”. According to him, the largest increase in prices for secondary housing this year was observed in Omsk – by 20.6%, up to 56.2 thousand rubles. In Nizhny Novgorod, it has risen in price by 16%, to 79.7 thousand rubles.
Experts note the smallest price increase for 2020 in Samara. There, secondary housing has risen in price by only 2.4%. Now the average price for “secondary housing” in Samara is 64.5 thousand rubles per 1 sq. M. m.
In Moscow, secondary real estate today costs an average of 210.4 thousand rubles per square meter. m, which is 12.6% more expensive than a year earlier.
