“In the second reading, healthcare spending from all sources in 2022 increased by 22.8 billion rubles. Expenditures on education from all sources in 2022 compared to 2019 are growing by 26%, in the federal budget in 2022 compared to 2019 they are growing by 53%, and in the second reading they are increased by 92.5 billion rubles. In addition, in 2022, compared to 2019 (this is the last year before the pandemic), expenditures on the cultural sector in the draft budget have been increased by 30.4%, ”he said.
The budget contains practically all the main provisions of the people’s program – it was with it that the party went to the elections. “That is, the regions already have complete information about what funds will come in the form of aid from the federal level. All subventions and subsidies are practically distributed. Regional budgets can already be formed, there is complete clarity here, ”the deputy explained.
Already before the second reading, the socially significant amendments proposed by United Russia were approved by the relevant Duma committee. This refers to an increase in funding for social programs, youth policy, support for public organizations, rural development and infrastructure is envisaged. For example, it was proposed to allocate an additional 7 billion rubles to provide housing for disabled people. It was proposed to allocate about one and a half billion rubles to a program of long-term care for the elderly, to provide medicines for HIV-infected people – 2.3 billion rubles, to support youth employment – 3 billion rubles. Such a measure will increase the share of graduates’ employment – it can rise to 92%. …
An amendment is also envisaged, which is aimed at bringing to a standard state of at least 100 thousand square meters of hostels of universities. The party proposes to allocate 3 billion rubles for this purpose.
In total, government spending on socially significant areas in the next two years will grow by 107 billion rubles at the initiative of United Russia.
