Clement Goyon of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and his colleagues showed how to regulate the speed of light in a plasma, creating an order of magnitude change in the speed of light. At the same time, they changed the speed of light waves in plasma in the range from one tenth of the speed of light in vacuum to more than 30 percent higher, i.e. more 390,000 km per second. (3)
This demonstration could help improve control over inertial confinement experiments in fusion and could lead to the development of plasma optics for high-power lasers. During the experiment, the researchers for the first time created a hydrogen-helium plasma by ionizing a jet of gas with a polarized laser beam. They then directed a second laser beam at the plasma. Where the paths of the two beams crossed, the horizontal component of the second laser pulse was slowed down in response to a change in the refractive index of the plasma. This slowdown was due to the interaction between the two lasers and the hydrogen-helium plasma (light transmission medium). By measuring the time delay between the horizontal and vertical components of the second laser pulse, the team found that they had different velocities. This means that the speed of light (300 thousand kilometers per second) is not constant and is not the ultimate speed in the universe. And this contradicts Einstein’s theory of relativity, which is the foundation of ideas about the nature of the space of the Universe.

At the beginning of the creation of the modern concept of nature, man was forced to introduce postulates – assumptions made without any explanation. In modern science about the nature of the Universe, there are many times more postulates than there were, for example, in the 19th century. And the number of postulates continues to grow like a snowball. Everyone is so used to them that they do not pay attention to the presence of postulates in almost every so-called scientific statement. Modern science is no different from religion. Since every postulate, accepted without any proof, is still the same Lord God, which is also accepted without any proof. But, unfortunately, with the development of science, the number of postulates did not decrease, but, on the contrary, increased, and at the present stage, modern science has hundreds of postulates. At the same time, to explain one postulate, others are introduced, to explain which, in turn, new ones are introduced, and so – ad infinitum, if we paraphrase the Russian proverb “a postulate on a postulate, drives by a postulate.”
The main “whales” can be called several postulates of modern science: the postulate of the conservation of matter, the postulate of the homogeneity of the universe and the postulate of the speed of light. A. Einstein, working in the patent office, to put it mildly, simply “borrowed” ideas from two scientists: mathematician and physicist Jules Henri Poincaré and physicist G.А. Lorenz. The two scientists have worked together for several years to create this theory. It was A. Poincaré put forward the postulate of the homogeneity of the universe and the postulate of the speed of light, and G.A. Lorenz derived the famous formulas.
A. Einstein, working in the patent office, had access to their scientific works and decided to stake out the theory in his own name. He even retained the name of GA in “his” theories of relativity. Lorentz: the basic mathematical formulas in “his” theory are called “Lorentz Transformations”, but, nevertheless, he does not specify what relation he himself has to these formulas (no) and does not mention the name of A. Poincaré at all, who put forward the postulates. According to Einstein’s theories of relativity:
1. Space is assumed to be isotropic (homogeneous) when its properties do not depend on direction and distance.
2. The speed of light is taken as a constant and as the maximum speed of movement of material objects. In other words, the speed of light is independent of space.
This theory became the foundation of ideas about the nature of space. At the same time, some discoveries of the last quarter of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first cannot be explained in the existing postulates. That’s just a few examples.
Thus, the results of an analysis of the database obtained outside the Earth’s atmosphere by means of a radio telescope, published in 1997 by American astrophysicists Borg Rodlang and John Ralston, indicate that universe – heterogeneous…
Experiments carried out by Dr.Lujin Wang at the Princeton Research Institute yielded stunning results – beams of light moved in a special gaseous medium at a speed of 300 times faster than the theoretical speed limit. In Italy, another group of physicists obtained data on the propagation of microwaves at speeds 25 percent higher than theoretically allowed.
“According to the postulate, the speed of light in a vacuum is constant and the maximum speed for material objects 300,000 km per second. It cannot be more for one simple reason – if the speed of movement of a material object is greater than this constant, then, according to Lorentz transformations, the mass of this material object should become endless, including the conventional photon mass. The same thing happened in an experiment conducted by American scientists from Livermore National Laboratory in May 2021. These and many other experimental data indicate a crisis in science, i.e. a long time ago there was a need for new approaches, hypotheses, allowing to give explanations for the obtained discoveries.
For the first time in science, the Russian scientist N.V. Levashov proposed the concept of macro- and microcosm, based on ideas of space heterogeneity, which is described in his scientific work “Inhomogeneous Universe”. At the microcosmic level, the created concept allows one to explain the phenomenon of radioactivity, the reasons for which have not been explained by anyone. At the same time, this theory makes it possible to explain and mystery of life… On the example of analyzing the behavior of a molecule RNA of the virus in the aquatic environment, as the simplest living organism, outside the aquatic environment – as an organic molecule, the qualitative processes occurring in this case are explained, and an understanding of the qualitative transformation of inanimate matter into living matter is given.
On the basis of the idea of quantizing the dimensionality of a continuously changing space, the multidimensionality of life is substantiated. For the first time, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the emergence of life in the universe are deduced and substantiated. And also, the qualitative processes of the transformation of matter that occur at the cellular level…
The results obtained allow in a new way look at the existing laws of physics, chemistry, astronomy, medicine and other sciences, which, in turn, makes it possible to develop new directions in many areas of science.
Having paraphrased the catch phrase from the famous movie, I would like to ask the Russian scientific community a question:
“Isn’t it time, my friends, for us to swing at Albert, do you understand, um, our Einstein?”
In the film, the theatrical troupe enthusiastically replies: “And let’s swing!”, In contrast to them, the scientific community of the Russian Academy of Sciences is still silent. And the ban on criticism of Einstein’s theory of relativity, adopted back in the USSR in 1964, is in no hurry to abolish the Russian Academy of Sciences.
And for those who criticize it, it has a weighty “argument” in the form of a commission on pseudoscience under the RAS Presidium.
