Sberbank of Russia announced that it will transfer up to 70% of office employees to remote work in regions where the incidence of coronavirus has increased sharply, Interfax reports.
First of all, the transition to remote work is provided for employees over 60 years old, pregnant women and employees with chronic diseases.
At the same time, all departments will continue to work as usual, regardless of the epidemiological situation. Employees in offices will continue to be provided with personal protective equipment, temperature measurements and regular tests for COVID-19.
Earlier it was reported that in Russia the maximum increase in cases of COVID-19 was recorded since May. According to the World Health Organization, the number of cases of coronavirus in the world over the past week increased by more than 2 million, 39 thousand people died.
