According to preliminary results, Sady Japarov wins the presidential elections in Kyrgyzstan.

Having processed 96% of the ballots, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan reports that Sadyr Japarov takes the leading position in the presidential elections with 79.24%.
Adakhan Madumarov will be in second place with a huge margin – 6.5% of voters voted for him.
Let’s remind, now in Kyrgyzstan the early presidential elections have passed. Also, citizens of the republic choose a form of government aside between the presidential and parliamentary. The option “against all” is also offered.
So much, 81.26% of voters voted for the presidential form of government, 10.86% for the parliamentary one.
The CEC will announce the irrevocable results of the voting in the shortest days.
