The forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet began to monitor the actions of the French Navy Commandant Birot patrol ship, which entered the Black Sea on May 11, 2021, the message says.
Note that the last time Commandant Birot appeared in the waters of the Black Sea in November 2019. Then he went to the port of Odessa to demonstrate his support for Ukraine.
