On August 20, in Belarus, the local Prosecutor General's Office opened a criminal case under Article 361 of the Criminal Code “Calls to Actions Aimed at Harming the National Security of the Republic of Belarus” against the defendants of the Opposition Coordination Council. On the same day, the Chicago site for the Coordination Council program was dismantled. Absolutely. And the text, first written in English, and then translated into the Russian version using machine translation, disappeared. But the internet cache hasn't been cleared yet. Therefore, you can still look at the opposition plans, broken down into short-term, medium-term and long-term goals. At least in the field of national security of Belarus. Separately, we note that the spelling and punctuation in the quotes below have been preserved.
The section of the opposition program is called “National Security Sector Reforms”. It clearly defines the main enemy of Belarus. This is, of course, Russia: "The main threats to national security are caused by the growing aggressiveness of the Kremlin's foreign policy, the participation of Belarus in post-Soviet integration projects under the auspices of Russia, the dominance of Russian media in the information space of Belarus and the low level of national consciousness of Belarusians."
The main directions of reforming the existing state policy (hereinafter - a quote from the document) are as follows:
• withdrawal from integration associations with the participation of Russia;
• preservation and development of the national cultural heritage, the Belarusian language;
• sustainable economic growth; high level and quality of life of citizens;
• democratic form of government.
Apart from the first point, everything else is present in Belarus and it seems incomprehensible why change what is. However, the “bookmark” is visible. As Stirlitz used to say, what was said last is remembered. Here it is the same "democracy" for which the United States is tearing apart any weak states. Here is the connection with the first point - after all, it is precisely the departure from Russia's orbit that makes the “new Belarus” not just a weak, but a very weak country.
The membership of Belarus in supranational entities has been harshly criticized, “Where Russia dominates - the Union State, the CSTO, the EurAsEC, the CIS”. It turns out that due to participation in the CSTO "Belarusians are threatened with being drawn into armed conflicts in Central Asia, as well as around the world. Due to participation in the CSTO, there is a threat of using Asian or Russian troops in our territory. Belonging to the CSTO also hinders the modernization of the army."
The authors of the program believe that “As a result of the reform, threats of external interference and destabilization of the situation in the country, attempts to split society and the territorial integrity of Belarus will decrease”. Only one Russian-Belarusian proverb is suitable here: "There is a hat on a thief."
The validity of this saying is also confirmed by a separate section of the training manual of the program "Aggressive Foreign Policy of the Kremlin", where our country, under the sauce "implementation of their revisionist, imperialist plans" the following claims are made:
• economic and energy blackmail;
• informational pressure;
• spreading fake news and misinformation;
• toxic effects on elites and society;
• falsification of history and the purpose of manipulating public consciousness;
• artificial provocation and incitement of internal conflicts.
For the reader of RIA "Katyusha", as well as for any person with an unclouded consciousness, it is obvious that this paragraph lists exactly what a group of persons formally associated with Svetlana Tikhanovskaya is doing.
The document also fixes the lack of democracy, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and other basic freedoms; low level of national consciousness, dominance of the Russian language and the problematic state of the Belarusian economy.
It is worth talking about this separately. The economy, according to the opposition and American analysts, does not appear to have preserved the state factories of the BSSR for workers, but "is facing significant wear and tear of fixed assets and technological lag not only with world leaders, but also with neighbors - the countries of the European Union." This, according to the authors of the manual, is the problem of the country's national security. And the fact that as a result of the proposed privatization and entry into the EU, all the factories of the country are supposed to be closed is not said at all. As well as about the huge unemployment, which is now absent in the republic as a class.
In the section "reform of the national security sector" to address these "problems", both priority measures are proposed to be implemented until 2021, and measures of a medium-term - until 2025 and long-term - until 2030.
Of these, ideologically, the complete prohibition of the Russian language and "The restoration of the Belarusian Autocephalous Orthodox Church as a national alternative to the Belarusian Exarchate of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate." This is not counting the transition of the Ministry of Defense of the republic to NATO standards and the introduction of full border control between Russia and Belarus. Read the entire document to evaluate it.
Having done this, it immediately becomes clear: the program is a complete tracing paper from the already implemented manuals for Ukraine, only shortened in time. Apparently the proximity of Russia is forcing the train of thought of social moderators. They really should not forget that despite the difficult formation of the Union State, it still exists and any attempt to forcefully change power in Belarus from outside will be suppressed by the forces of the Allied army. But so far, President Alexander Lukashenko is managing himself. The criminal case initiated against the defendants of the opposition coordinating council is the first step towards restoring order
