The commentary notes the importance of intensifying collective international efforts to effectively and uncompromisingly counter the global threat.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova also called on the leading political forces in Iraq to restrain themselves.
Earlier, Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazemi said that he knew the organizers of the assassination attempt, who sent a drone with explosives to his residence in Baghdad. The attack on the residence of the Prime Minister of Iraq took place on 7 November. The politician was not injured, ten guards were injured.
